Are the Charcoal Prices Negotiable?

The Charcoal Prices in our list are based on the minimum purchase volume of 1x40HC and the prices are negotiable based on your purchase volume and contract length.

BL – Bill of Lading
PL – Packing list
Invoice
CO – Certificate of Origin
Some countries will require these documents to be legalized. Please let us know if you need legalization.

What information is required to send you before the quotation?

Introduce you and your company.
Your average quantity per month/ quarter for each product.
Stable quantity or not?

How can I get the sample to check the quality before bulk order?

Yes, you can. Please contact us via WhatsApp +84 868 601 809 and we will send you a sample of 1 kg of charcoal for free, but delivery is on you.

Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacture, exporter and investor of wood, charcoal, wood pellets and biochar in Vietnam. We have been producing and exporting in worldwide market for more than 10 years

Lead time and transit time?

The lead time varies from 20 to 30 days, depending on your packaging and artwork requirements.
We normally ship our goods from Cat Lai Port (Ho Chi Minh City).

What are Payment Terms?

The payment term is:

Advance payment (TT) 30% by bank wire and balance against copies of the shipping documents.

Can you accept ODM and OEM and Customized Packaging?

Yes. Please send us your packaging requirements and artwork details along with the charcoal grade(s) you need.
We can manufacture your specific product with your image in Carton Boxes, PP Bags and Kraft Bags.

What are our best-selling 11 charcoal products for each importing country?

Middle East: Khaya, Mangrove, Coffee, Longan, Sawdust.
Japan, Korea: Binchotan, Sawdust. China, Taiwan: Coffee, Longan, Mangrove.
Based on the customer’s purpose, you can consult these options:
Mixed wood for industry, BBQ.
Premium products: sawdust and binchotan
BBQ, Grill: hardwood and softwood charcoal.

Other application: wood pellets and biochar.
