Longan

Longan is a perennial fruit tree living in the tropical area with a full-grown height up to 7-8m. Its fruit is said to represent the dragon’s eye and is popular in Vietnam.

When a Longan tree is no longer productive in producing fruit, its wood will be extracted to be used for various purpose including hard wood charcoal production.
